Delivery

At the time of delivery, before collection, in the presence of the Courier, check whether the packaging of the shipment is not damaged. If there is visible damage to the original packaging, you may refuse to accept the shipment. Please take some photos of the damaged shipment and contact us on the number (NEEDS NUMBER) 508 142 292.

2. If you receive a COD shipment, you should open the package in the presence of the Courier and, in the event of discrepancies, draw up a discrepancy report along with photos of the contents of the shipment.

 

 

Withdrawal from the contract

1. In accordance with the applicable provisions on the conclusion of distance contracts, you can withdraw from the contract (i.e. you can return the goods to us without giving a reason) within 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the ordered goods. This applies only to consumer sales, so it applies only to sales in person, where the purchase is made for purposes unrelated to professional or business activity.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product by:

3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the Customer is obliged to return the received Goods within 14 days from the date of informing the seller about the withdrawal from the contract. The return should be made to the following address:

The seller is obliged to issue a correcting invoice upon receipt of the package.

4. The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Customer in relation to contracts the subject of which are the services listed in art. 38 sec. 1 of the Act of May 30, 2014 Consumer Rights, and in particular in cases where:

  1. a) the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to individual specifications or serving to meet the individual needs of the Customer;
  2. b) the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life (e.g. fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, sausages, frozen food in the event of a cooling cycle interruption) or catering ready meals with a short shelf life, as well as goods that due to their nature (e.g. frozen products) they cannot be returned;
  3. c) the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided that the package was opened after delivery;;
  4. d) the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery
  5. e) the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the conclusion of the sales contract, and the delivery of which may take place only after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations over which the entrepreneur has no control. 

5. The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the Goods as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning

6. The customer is obliged to return the purchased goods at his own expense, taking into account the provisions of para. 4, to the address:

7. Within 5 days, we will check the condition of the product sent to us, we will refund the money through the same channel as the payment was made, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution. In no case will the Consumer incur any fees related to the return. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund will be made directly to the Buyer's card

3. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, we will inform you about the result of the complaint procedure by e-mail or by phone. If the complaint is considered positively within 14 days from the date of making the decision, we will compensate you for the costs incurred by refunding the money or sending a new product. If the complaint is considered negative and is considered unfounded, we will send you a justification for our decision and send back the advertised product within 14 days.
