Corilu Soc. Coop. Agricola is an artisanal cooperative from the Piedmont region - from the village of Lu e Cuccaro Monferrato (province of Alessandria). For many years it has specialized in growing and processing Nocciola Piemonte IGP hazelnuts of the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe variety.
The Coril crops are located on the limestone hills of Monferrato and Langhe, where the unique microclimate gives the nuts their characteristic aroma, crispness and slightly caramel-like aftertaste.
The company conducts the full production cycle - from harvesting to processing - in one region, so it maintains full control over the quality of the raw material. Corilu creams are made from local nuts, roasted in the traditional way and processed without the use of palm oil or preservatives.
Each jar of Corilu is the quintessence of Italian craftsmanship and the authentic taste of Piedmont.
